Default networking with vista

the two laptops are vista home the one at home is XP home.
I'm trying to help setup a network at my church, the pastor wants a document
server at his home with a desktop, the two laptops are at the church they
will be peer to peer, can anyone suggest a direction for advice on things to
do, or is this possible using his current versions of Operating systems,
since all are Home versions. the one at home will be accessed via the
internet.

Hi
Network wise all Windows operating system use Ethernet so they are all
capable to exchange Files and other resources provided that each computer's
Sharing is configured correctly.
For XP and Vista May be this can Help.
Successful Sharing involves some general consideration in Network settings,

As well as specific adjustment of each computer according to what it is
allowed to be shared.
