When I setup our small office network using the wizard it
created a network setup disk to use to add the other pcs
to the network. Of course I managed to loose that disk.
I cant find anywhere the option to create a network setup
disk so Im assuming you cannot do this outside of the
wizard but thought I would see if anyone was aware of a
way to do this. Any help much appreciated.

You can re-run the Wizard to create the disk, or you can copy this
file to a removable medium (floppy, CD, thumb drive, etc) and run it
on the other computers:
C:\Windows\System32\Netsetup.exe
