Default Network Places

Have Computer A & B networked. A uses a USB connection to BellSouth Home
Portal. B uses Ethernet copnnection to BellSouth Home Portal. B can see
it's own computer only. A can see neither computer. A OS is Windows XP and
B OS is Win98 Second Edition.. Any help w/b appreciated.
