Need Help with Windows XP User Account problem

I'm running 4 Windows XP Pro systems on a LAN. When I view the User Accounts
for 3 of these systems, each shows an icon for the computer user (with
administrator privileges) plus a Guest account. These 3 systems can all
share files between each other through the LAN.

The User Account on the 4th system is identical to the other systems except
there is also an icon showing an Administrator account with a protected
password. Why is this system different and how can I change it?

This 4th system, which I'll call Computer-D, has a problem which may be
associated with it's User Accounts. None of the other 3 computers on the LAN
can access Computer-D's files. However, Computer-D can access any of the
other 3 computers on the network.

The shares on Computer-D are set just like they are on the other 3 systems.
The message displayed when I attempt to access the system is "... you might
not have permissions ..".

Suggestions greatly appreciated. Note: this worked at one time but something
must have happened.

Somehow I managed to get all 4 User Accounts identical but I still have the
problem of not being able to access the files on Computer-D. HELP.
