Hi everyone. I am having problems playing multiplayer
games over my LAN connection between my xp and 98
computers. I installed the networks and I can see "into"
each computer just fine and transfer files with ease. But,
when I want to play a multiplayer game, such as Warcraft
III, I cannot see the other computer when a game is
created. I've tried creating games with both cpu's and
neither can see eachother.
Also, my XP connection goes off an on like crazy! At the
desktop screen I'll see..."Local Area Connection
connnected" ....and then 5 seconds later..."A network
cable is unplugged"....and then it repeats itself. I can
supply more info if necessary...does anybody have any
suggestions? Thanks a ton....
Try with crossover cable. If that does not help, then replace network card
where connection is unstable.
