Default Mapped drive does not show folders and files.

I have an XP machine that is mapped to a share and no
matter what the drive letter assigned or user profile if
you go through my computer and then to the mapped drive it
comes up empty no folders or files. But, if you go start,
run and enter the UNC path \\server\share it works fine.
But if I mapped to another share say \\server\share2 it
will work fine through my computer. Any ideas on why just
that share and that machine? (Note: Offline folders is not
enabled)
