Default Login Problem

Hello
I have de following problem when i tried to logon in my laptop without
network.

No domain controller is available for domain <domain name> due to the
following:
There are currently no logon servers available to service logon request.
Make sure that the computer is connect to the network and try again. If the
problem persist contact your domain administrator.

event id 5119


I need to logon in my laptop out of my office and i can't

Make sure domain cached credentials are not disable. Or these following
