Default Linksys NC100 Fast Ethernet Adapter remove/install

Everytime I boot up my pc after installing windows xp, I
have to uninstall and then reinstall my network ethernet
card (Linksys NC100 Fast Ethernet Adapter) to connect to
the internet. Does anyone know why? Thanks,

I would suspect an incompatible driver is being loaded.
Go to the Linksys website and find the drivers that were
made specifically for your card and install them.
Hopefully that will clear up the problem.
