Default korean language support failure(partial)

New window xp home edition,10days old .partial failure of
korean language support resulted in broken character on
and off. I was told folder font has the program. Is it
the soft ware problem? Please let me know how to fix.

uninstall the language auto selection update, then run windows update again.
