I am running a pc with Windows XP Professional with all
the latest service packs etc.
I am able to connect to my ISP but when I try to connect
to any sites via IE I keep getting DNS errors.
Each time this happens I notice that the "IPSEC services"
service is not started.
When I try to start the service the following error occurs:
Error 10106: The requested service provider could not be
loaded or initialized and Event ID 7023 is written to the
event logs.
The only way around this was to do a system restore but
the last time it happened all my restore points had been
wiped so I can't do that anymore.
