I currently run both Cox internet using Internet Explorer
as well as AOL 9.0 optimized.
When I close the cox internet a message appears everytime.
This message is "Internet Explorer has encountered a
problem and needs to close. Please tell Microsoft about
this" I have sent this message to Microsoft several
times, as requested, however, have received no response.
Could you please tell me what is causing it. It does not
occur when I run aol.
