Internet Browsing is slow down when I connect WinxP Pro computer!

When I connect WinXP Pro computer to my network my Ineternet slows down and when I check my log on DSL Router it says
** TCP SYN Flooding ** <IP/TCP> 192.168.100.58:3598 ->> 22.236.221.71:445
to many connections from this PC try to connect to outside.
Is somebody knows how to fix it?

Two possibilites here. You could have some spyware on
your system that could trying to send out a "denial of
service attack" towards someone, or your network card is
going bad. Go to Google.com and search for spybot.
Download, install and let it remove any spyware it
detects. Reboot and see if that helps. If that doesn't
solve it, try replacing your network card. Good luck.
