Default IIS installation problem

I am using WindowsXP Professional (SP1). I tryes to install IIS from "Windows Components" menu. In the beggining all seems to be fine, but when near progress bar displays "Copying Files", I have received an error that Windows can't find some file, but I really have it. I choose it, but it's same ....

Maybe, I know what happened... First time a have installed OS from disk "F:\", but now, I'll make it "D:\".

So, how in Windows fix the "source path" ?
