Hi,
IE7 works for a few minutes (in fact I'll copy this before posting so I can
reenter it when it craps out again) and then errors out with a message
indicating that it isn't connected to the Internet. Concurrent Outlook
(2003) client sessions are unaffected sending/receiving rich content
formatted email. Likewise MMC applets that include web content function
without issue and Terminal Services Client connection function as expected.
I have done most of the troubleshooting steps referenced http://support.microsoft.com/kb/926431 except the ones that would pose a
security risk, finally gave up and installed a competitor browser.
I would dump and reinstall the OS if my only method of obtaining updates
were through IE; luckily I can distribute through WSUS.
As a consultant that support MS products it is annoying to have to use a
faulty component to traverse MS sites when I need information as alternative
products are hobbled on MS sites.
I haven't found a way to uninstall and reinstall IE7; is there one?

I also have a problema with IE7 when I try to use logmein.com website to
manage other computer outside of my domain I get an error 0x8009330. I
restore to default settings with any luck.
I search the internet and related this issue with windows vista but I use
windows xp professional and IE 7.
Thanks!, I was so used to IE6 embedding that it never dawned on me to A/R
IE7. I'll try that and thent see if it reinstalls friendly.
Thanks again.
