IE6 / Dlink problem

I have a few friends (3) running XP Home with ADSL &
Dlink DI604 routers (different revisions & firmware). The
problem is that no web page will work without clicking
the refresh button (after clicking it that page will load
normally). Anyone have any advise (I've been through the
router set-up several times / tried "flush /dns" etc.)
