Default ICS Working, But Cannot Get IE To Load On Client

I have a Win XP home edition desktop that connects to the
Internet via dial-up. I set up ICS on the desktop. I also
have a notebook that makes up my two computer home
network. The notebook connects to the network via my
Linksys wireless router.

So, I have the two connected wirelessly, and the desktop
shares its Internet connection with the notebook. From
the notebook I can see the files and shared printers on
the desktop, as well as the internet connection (lower
right hand corner of notebook it shows the internet
connection icon).

Anyway, my problem is this: When I run IE on the client
(notebook) I get the page cannot be displayed error
message.

What have I done wrong? Please make a reply to me as well
at wilkc@yahoo.com where I'll pick up your solution to my
problem much quicker than coming back here. Thanks in
advance for the help.
