Default ICS Switch

I have two XP Pros networked with crossover cable and ICS
enabled. Can I switch which computer provides the dial-up
connection using the dial-up properties advanced tab or
will I have to go through the wizard and start from
scratch?

You can enable/disable ICS in the Advanced tab of the dial-up
connection on each computer. There's no need to use the Wizard.

Disable ICS on the first computer before enabling it on the second
one.
