how to make all print out go to server?

Hithere,

I have few computers; they all have XP professional installed, one of them
acting as a server; how can I make all the print out go to the server
directly so that I can control them from there. I need to save unessacery
print out. At the moment all the workstation print out directly to the
printer.

What book do you recommand to buy in order to have a solid understaning of
neworking, i mean server book may be????
