How to disable saving dial-up usernames and passwords?

The company I work for has several remote users that currently dial-in to a RAS server to connect to our domain from home. Due to the nature of our company's business all users are required to change their passwords every 30 days. The problem is that our remote users are not particularly tech savy and don't always remember there password change also applies to their home connection. The problem most often is caused by them using the "Save username password..." check box on the dial-up connection.

Does anyone know if there is any way within Windows XP to disable that check box so that it appears grayed out and unusable? I've looked all through Group Policy, the Knowledge Base, and I've done a few basic registry searches, but to no avail. Any suggestions, or is this even possible?

Modify/Create the Value Data Type(s) and Value Name(s) as detailed below.
Data Type: REG_DWORD [Dword Value] // Value Name: DisableSavePassword
Setting for Value Data: [0 = Disabled (Passwords Saved) / 1 = Enabled
(Passwords Not Saved)]
Exit Registry and Reboot
