Default How can I share my Wireless network to my xbox using crossover cable? what about router?

I was able to share connection in both my computers using a crossover
cable. Now I want to be able to use this cable to connect through my
non-wireless router to my xbox. Is this gonna work? If so, how do I do
make it work? If not how can I have my xbox detect the crossover cable
(if connected directly to pc)? What settings do I need to change? Can
anybody help me please? Thanks!
