After setting up a network in my home I want to know how
can I get in the internet on the pc that does not have the
cox high speed internet service?

How have you set-up the Broadband connection? Do you use ICS or a router?
Have a look here www.practicallynetworked.com or www.homenethelp.com for
some tutorials or you could post the details of your setup and any
firewalls installed.
