Default Help!!! about tcp performance

Hi,
I have set all the registry, and can see the big window size in packets when
file trans. But the speed seemed no change. When I copy file from remote
server(4M Line),it still costed many more time than in vista.

HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Param eters\GlobalMaxTcpWindowSize
HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Param eters\TCPWindowSize
HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Param eters\Interface\InterfaceGUID\TCPWindowSize

Did it not implement said in the doc
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/m.../cc162519.aspx

Speed, what speed? WAN speed across your ISP's line or server to server
spped? What type of line do you have?

What exactly were your intentions changing the TCPWin size, for Internet
traffic or internal traffic? As the link you provided stated, it depends on
the speed of the link and the RTT.

Thank you very much!

the line is 4M MPLS private line
and the RTT is 350ms
When I use vista the throughput can be more than 250bps.
But use XP no matter enable big window size or not, the speed is vety low
than use vista.
