frequest disconnections
hi
Machine configuration : Intel PIII 1 GHz, 256 MB RAM
Windows XP Professional Edition, no servie pack.
Internet connection : My ADSL connection terminates on a
RedHat Linux 9.0 machine which has NAT configured.
I am using Hosted Terminal Access account of REUTERS for
accessing news and stock market information. It is a
secure connection (https, port 443).
My problem is, the REUTERS site gets disconnected
frequently, giving a message that "The Citrix Metaframe
Client cannot contact the server".
can anybody help with any settings to be done at my end as
I have already spoken to the Tech support at REUTERS?
thanks in advance
