Default The Disappearing DialUp Network

This does happen and is not my imagination. Every now and then, my "dial
up network" is deleted. I can dial up my ISP regularly with no problems
and then the next time I click the desktop shortcut nothing happens. I
go to "my network places" and sure enough my dial up network has
disappeared.
I use Zone alarm firewall and Norton antivrus with uptodate definitions.
I just reinstal my dialup network with no other problems......till the
next time
Help!!!
I have noticed similar posts with no resolutions

regards bussoguy

(I posted this in general as well)
