Dialup Networking

i kep having problems with my iexplore.exe, everytime i
connect to the internet on dialup and i try to load a
website it crashs the internet explorer and the modname is
just HUNGAPP, also it happens mostly when i got to a
secure site like hotmail.com. i can't do the sfc /scannow
because i don't have a windows xp cd, it came pre-
installed on my computer

also when i go to my network connections and i right click
on my LAN connectiod explorer.exe crashs with
modname "netshell.dll"

any ideas?
