Default dial-up & win xp situation

I am having a problem staying connected to the internet
with a dial-up connection. I have SBC Yahoo DSL, and dial-
up comes free. I get a connection but after a few seconds
I get a "LSA Shell Export" error. What is "LSA". Any help
is greatly appreciated.
