Default dhcp and static IP on single nic

I was trying to setup dhcp and static ip on single nic so I have two ips
as described in this site:
http://www.petri.co.il/configure_tcp..._same_time.htm
but the problem is that in the end it doesn't assign the static ip's. It
uses the 0.0.0.0 if I leave it in there but thats it. Anyone?

Thanks

B
