Default DHCP Server won't hold automatic

Hi all:

I finally found why my internet connection fails but
cannot find a permanent solution. Any help on this
situation would be appreciated.

Here is the problem to this point.

I can get on the Internet if I go to Control Panel -
Admin - Services find DHCP and do a Manual start and
Apply. When I set it to Automatic and restart, I lose the
Internet connection and have to Manually start the DHCP
again.

I do not have any firewalls, nor Internet Security, nor
any other arears I can find blocking.

Ideas and help gratefully received.

Thanks,

Barry
