D-Link's Wireless connection manager

I can't open the connection manager. Can anyone help me with this?

This connection manager requires a D-Link wireless adapter and
Wireless Zero Configuration (XP) must be turned off.

What version of Windows?

Have you contacted D-Link support? They are the ones to talk to about their
software.
