Append DNS Suffixes Question

Need some help here folks, Before running Sysprep Version 2 on XP Pro SP1 we add DNS entries to the "Append these DNS Suffixes" in the Advanced TCP/IP settings dialog box, after running Sysprep they are no longer there, try to add them to sysprep and it does not allow us to add protocols, how do we get the DNS suffixes to either stay in with sysprep or add them with sysprep?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
