Default After VPN, I Messed up my Windows Startup!

Hello!
I've made a real mess out of my network connection!
I have a Windows XP Home computer with everything up to date.
I had this machine installed as a VPN server, but after changing ISPs I
deleted the Incoming VPN connection because I no longer needed it. I also
used this computer as a VPN client for another network, and I also deleted
that connection after changing ISP.
However, I am now getting three consecutive error messages when I start the
machine:

1. "IKE Driver is not installed. Try re-installation"
2. "Cannot load security policy. DeleteAllSa ioctl failed"
3. "Cannot set log parameters. Setlogmode ioctl failed"

All of these under the heading, "Secure/VPN access message"

Perhaps this has happened to someone? Could someone help me out?
I thank you in advance for your time!
Best regards,
Albert C
