Default XP SP3 release--same as previous RTM?

Is today's officially released version of XP SP3 the same as the
allegedly RTM version that had been available for several days from
MS's download site via a link they didn't advertise?

That previous version, when installed, shows "Build 2600.xpsp.
080413-2111: Service Pack 3" according to winver, and 20080414.031525
according to the support info for SP3 in CP|Add/Remove Programs. Also,
files in c:\windows in that previous version show "5.1.2600.5512 (xpsp.
080413-2111)".

Does today's released version have the same version info?

It IS the ONLY RTM version.

Ok, thanks. I just confirmed that via an "fc /b" of today's standalone
installer and the one from the previous MS link. They're identical.

Once a product rtms MS does not change it. Any additions or fixes are done
through WU.
