XP Pro SP2 startup problem - TIA

The other day I was running McAfee Virus scan and my computer hung. I could
not get it to shut down using task manager or reset button. Now when I
start the computer I keep getting the registry edit program opening up after
windows stars. It always opens on the registry entry for Winrar.

I have looked to see if some how the reg edit program got set to start with
windows, but cannot find an answer.

Any help would be appreciated.
