Default XP PRO CRASHED

Found out why ... eventually OE crashed (I thought it was a file 'stuck' in
my Outbox!!!). Couldn't 'reach' you ... I tried everything, including
re-installing XP Pro SR 2, and more... believe me, I win the "prize" for
working in the 'dark.' Everything cleaned, checked, et al ... all was
"well, but ... At least I kept a list. Finally, someone suggested I run
msimn.exe, and here I am. Was it a cumulative effect. Even "found" Elephant
Boy Computers in vain attempt to contact one of you - didn't work.
