XP only enters Safe Mode, Normal Mode fails

Hi,

I was trying to play a game and when said game started up my computer froze
and eventually rebooted. However, it would only go into Safe Mode. Normal
Mode just fails to boot and the computer goes into Safe Mode. Tried System
Restore but doesn't work. Anyone have any ideas?

What game? What video card? What computer specs? Recent history of the
