XP Graphic Interface

I have seen people with a Vista Styled theme on their XP computer, which they
said that they got from Microsoft. I spent all day trying to find this theme,
but with no success. Can anyone help me find this theme?

You'll need to "upgrade" to Windows Vista if you
actually desire the new Vista "interface".

Not from Microsoft but a search for "vista themes on xp" yields dozens of
hits.

There are themes available that emulate the look, and that's what the
OP wants.
