Default wmv editor

I am sorry if this is an inapropriate question for this newsgroup. Does
anyone know of a wmv editing software that allows you to edit the video in
cut mode where you simply mark all the segments to cut at one time and save
the resulting file. Movie Maker is such a pain the way you have to make
several individual files and join them to create the final product. I prefer
editing the entire video at one time, like in Video ReDo plus. I dont want
to convert to mpg because I always use a lot of quality when converting from
wmv. It seems like all the wmv editors out there are just another version
of windows movie maker.

Thank You in advance for any advice that anyone can give me.

Kevin
