Default Windows XP 9and Outlook 2000) error

I have a Windows XP computer running Outlook 2000. When I am in Windows
Explorer and right click on a file, and pick send to mail recipient I receive
a Microsoft Outlook error. "An error occured while attempting to open the
Windows Address Book. Please specify a default mail delivery location in your
profile." I can send emails from Outlook and also from within Word (file\send
to\mail recipient) with no problems. Any ideas what is going on?
