Windows Messenger (Installer Pop Up). HELP!

Alright, I've already searched for similar problems like mine but still
having problems..... Whenever I open up my WLM I get this annoying pop up
from Windows Installer:

"http://i37.tinypic.com/2eg8kfa.jpg"

Saying..."Please wait while windows installer blah blah....."

Why is this????


I already uninstalled WLM then installed it again.

I also dead the Clean Up Utility etc..


Please..can anyone figure out why this is going on? Or is this normal??

I believe this happens when a WL service has not been installed properly
(somehow )

Anyways. I got this error before where I did not install WL Toolbar. So what
I did was I uninstalled all WL clients from Add/Remove programs then
reinstalled it through http://get.live.com
