Default Windows Installer Service Popup

I've read i few articles about this, and downloaded the "msicuu2" that they
said will fix it but not for my computer. After i downloaded it i cant
install it, it says
"This installation package could not be opened. Verify that the package
exits and that u can access it, or contact the application vendor to verity
that this is a valid Windows Installer package.".

What can i do next? Thank you.

Hi TOP,

Try downloading msicuu2.exe again:
http://download.microsoft.com/downlo...bd/msicuu2.exe

If you still receive the error, try extracting the contents of the package manually, using WinZip. Then double-click StartMsi.vbs to run setup.
