No, I don't want the program and i'm trying to prevent windows from

But is that the 'PhotoGallery' that's trying to install? (There are several
possibilities.)
Are you sure it's not 'Picture It!' instead?
Has any other user tried to install it?
It might be easiest just to let the d*** thing install, then uninstall it
via Add/Remove Programs.
