Lately, I am receiving the following error message: "Windows Explorer has
encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the
inconvenience." The error signature is as follows:

Once at the website (TechNet), how do I find the explorer updates?
Lastly, the problem started to occur post installation of a new program (PDF
Converter 4 Professional). Would it be a good idea to uninstall the program
and then run System Restore?
