Default Windows Corrupt File

Hi, there is a corrupt file notification that pops-up on the system: Windows
- Corrupt File " the file or directory c:\$Secure is corrupt and unreadable.
Please run the chkdsk utility." We have run the chkdsk /r utility and it did
not fix the problem. I went in there and also reset the paging file to see if
that was the issue since one of the errors also mentioned the paging file.
This did not fix it. We even logged into the administrator profile to see if
the same error appears here, which it does. Is there a way to do a sfc
/scannow on a remote user without the cd there on her computer? Or is there
another work around? thanks
