Does anyone have any suggestions on where can I download Traditional and
Simplified Chinese Fonts for XP?

Type 'chinese fonts' in google.
I have no idea what specs you are looking for as 'traditional' means
nothing to a US citizen. But you'll get a lot of links. I don't
think any of us can evaluate what the fonts give compared to what you
want out of them. You're the best judge.

answered three of them with links.

He can't figure out how to install a printer or subscribe to a newsgroup

I missed that.

He even posted another Chinese font question in vista.general with a
totally different ID.
