What is the maximum file size one can generate writing to a RAID 10 volume?
I am creating an AVI file by recording video and recording seems to fail
consistently at around 510 GB. My total storage space is 1TB.

RAID file size problem with XP. See the latest Maximum PC magazine
(November 2007) since they have an article about RAID sizes. XP seems
to not "tolerate" huge files on TB RAIDs.
