Default What to install for Chinese input and output

Hi,

Could anyone give me a direction what I need to do if I want to be able to
type Chinese in applications of Microsoft Office suite.

Not sure whether it is the right to ask this question. Appreciate if
someone can lead me.

Thank you very much in advance.

Regards,
ml
