Are you dual booting XP and Vista? RECYCLER was created by
Windows XP and $RECYCLE.BIN was created by Windows Vista.
You're going to have to ask someone who's more familiar with
Vista than I am if you're looking for further info.
Yes - I am dual booting them. I found both of them in the same root
directory but the operating systems are on seperate partitions.
