If you wish to attract the attention of the people best qualified
to answer your question then it would be better not to play
guessing games with your Subject line. How about a
meaningful line like this one:

"Difference between $recycle.bin and recycler"

Are you dual booting XP and Vista? RECYCLER was created by
Windows XP and $RECYCLE.BIN was created by Windows Vista.
You're going to have to ask someone who's more familiar with
Vista than I am if you're looking for further info.

Yes - I am dual booting them. I found both of them in the same root
directory but the operating systems are on seperate partitions.
