"Can not scan this kind of virus". What kind of virus? Without details
like the name of the virus you think you have, all I can give you are
general suggestions:

Go through these general malware removal steps systematically -
http://www.elephantboycomputers.com/...moving_Malware

Include scanning with David Lipman's Multi_AV and follow instructions to
do all scans in Safe Mode.

http://www.elephantboycomputers.com/page2.html#Multi-AV - instructions
http://www.pctipp.ch/downloads/siche...ning_tool.html
- download site

The site is in German but David's tool is in English so don't let that
worry you. Scroll all the way down to almost the bottom of the page and
you'll see a box titled "Infos Zum Download - Multi-AV Scanning Tool".
You'll see "Download von www pctipp.ch" and the live link to download
Multi_AV.

You can also check to see if there are targeted removal steps for your
malware here:
Bleeping Computer removal how-to's -
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/forum55.html

When all else fails, run HijackThis and post your log in one of the
specialty forums listed at the first link above (not here, please).

Standard disclaimer: I can't see and test your computer myself, so these
are just suggestions based on many years of being a professional
computer tech; suggestions based on what you've written. You should not
take my suggestions as a definitive diagnosis. If you can't do the work
yourself (and there is no shame in admitting this isn't your cup of
tea), take the machine to a professional computer repair shop (not your
local equivalent of BigComputerStore/GeekSquad). Please be aware that
not all local shops are skilled at removing malware and even if they
are, your computer may be so infested that Windows will need to be
clean-installed. If possible, have all your data backed up before you
take the machine into a shop.

Before you do anything have a look at what is being loaded on start-up. It
just could be some adware that embeds itself or some nasty driver. Download
Startup Inspector -- http://www.windowsstartup.com/ install and run it. When
the inspector fires up, click on the consult button. It will tell you which
applications are safe to not being loaded on startup. Be aware that this
does not remove the application you selected. You may need to find out how
to uninstall it. It will, however, cease to load the application on startup.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome then go ahead and proceed with
Malke's suggestions.

Good Luck.

Susan, you might try this link... http://housecall.trendmicro.com/ It is an
online free virus scanner that will scan and then try to fix
vulnerabilities.

you might have some
success with booting
into safemode.

here is info on how:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/315222

if your o..s is much better
in safemode, then you
can use this mode to
figure out and fix the
problem or simply
use system restore.

it is unclear why you
mentioned the registry,
but a system restore will
help with this too.

let us know what you find
or figure out.

Remember, she says she has *tried* to download other anti-virus scanners,
but they are blocked, so she can NOT install.

Thanks for the clarification, but she stated "I try to install other
antivirus such as Kaspersky but It was blocked so I can not install."

She tried an install and it was blocked. I want her to try to run a
quick scanner, not install a different package. It may be "blocked"
too, but any self-respecting malware should block online scans along
with any download, for that matter.
