Are you really sure you have a virus? What error message(s) are you
getting? Find out which process(es) is using your CPU and/or
memory. Ctrl-Alt-Del will bring up the Windows Task Manager. Some of
these process names may not be obvious, but you can research them.
Check your disk space--if your available disk space is very low, your
PC will be very slow and/or display unusual behavior. Susan, you
need to do some basic troubleshooting.

What is the message that is displayed when you attempt to install Kaspersky?
it could be that your not using administrator level or your account has been
reduced in authority level.
