username and password

I installed a program on my pc and the program wants me to give my username
and password which I forgot, I'm new to this so how do I find out my
username and password?

User name and password for what (email address or Log on computer?) in
either case if you cann't remmebr these then you can't use both Email or
computer?
What the program is about? is it a security software or a normal program?
try to just skip the process of giving it complete control on your machine
using your account!!!
